Mutual NDA by Default
Every engagement starts with a signed, mutual NDA before any brief, credential, or client detail changes hands. Prefer your own paper? We'll sign yours.
Invisible White-Label
No ConfigStudio branding, credits, or watermarks in code, comments, commits, or deliverables. We work under your domain and brand, through your channels only.
You Own the Code & IP
Full intellectual property transfers to you and your client on final payment. No proprietary lock-in or frameworks that make handoff difficult later.
Secure Data Handling
Least-privilege access, credentials stored in a password manager, and access revoked at project close. We only ever touch the systems a task actually requires.

Will my client ever know ConfigStudio was involved?
No. Every white-label engagement runs under NDA by default. There's no ConfigStudio branding, credit, or watermark in code, comments, or deliverables, and we're glad to communicate through your channels only, under your team's name.
Who owns the code and IP?
You and your client do. Full IP transfers on final payment. We don't use proprietary frameworks or platform lock-in that would make it hard to hand a project to someone else later.
Do you sign our NDA, or provide your own?
Either works. We have a standard mutual NDA ready to go, but if your agency has its own paper we’re happy to review and sign it. We can have confidentiality in place within a day, before any scope or credentials are shared.
How do you communicate during a project?
Inside your existing tools: Slack, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, whatever you already run. If you'd rather not stand up access for an outside team, we'll loop you into our own Slack and Asana instead. Either way you always have visibility into what's happening.
How do you handle access to our systems and client credentials?
On a least-privilege basis. We request only the access a task genuinely requires, store credentials in a password manager rather than plain text, and revoke access when the work closes. We never enter payment or banking credentials on your behalf.
What if the work doesn't meet my bar?
Fixed-scope projects include a defined revision window, and we stay on the hook for post-launch fixes for as long as you need us. This isn’t a "ticket closed after 30 days" relationship. Hourly and dedicated engagements are reviewed on a rolling basis, so issues get caught early, not at the end.
Can you talk to our clients directly, under our brand?
Yes, if you want us to. We can join client calls and threads using your agency's email and name as an extension of your team, or stay entirely behind the scenes and route everything through you. Your call, per engagement.
What if we need to scale up or down?
Dedicated capacity flexes with your pipeline. Add hours in a busy quarter, scale back when it's quiet. No long-term lock-in contract required, and no penalty for pausing between projects.
Which platforms and stacks do you cover?
WordPress and WooCommerce, Shopify and Shopify Plus, HubSpot, Laravel, Next.js / Node, Ruby on Rails, Astro, and design-tool builds in Webflow, Framer, and Wix, plus AI integration work. If it's web delivery, there's a good chance we cover it.
How does pricing work?
Three models: fixed per-project quotes for defined scopes, hourly for retained and specialist support, and monthly dedicated capacity. We return a practical, itemized quote, usually within 24 hours of receiving a brief, with clear assumptions and no surprise scope.
